Shannon Payne, John Hubbard and Troy Sambrano are the original founders of the Company. The Company is managed by General Partner Shannon Payne. Shannon holds a BS in Business and Public Administration from the University of Houston. He also served on the  Board of Directors for the Young Constructor’s Forum with the Association of General Contractors which provides guidance in the vastly growing construction industry.  The construction department is directed by John Hubbard, Partner and head estimator. John is a 20 year veteran in the fire sprinkler field. Completed projects such as Inn at the Ball Park with Hoar Construction, St. Luke’s Parking Garage with Tellepsen Builders, and Nordstrom’s with W. E. O’Neil Construction, prove there is no job this organization cannot handle. In 2000, the service department was started to provide versatility in the market. Today the service department is lead by Troy Sambrano, estimator and Partner, who holds a BS in Business and Public Administration from the University of Houston, Clear Lake.  The service department is defined by its work consisting of routine inspections (required at least annually for all fire sprinkler systems), remodel projects, repair and maintenance of all fire equipment, tenant finish-outs and other renovations and additions to existing buildings. Allied Fire Protection, LP currently holds service contracts with Humble ISD, Walmart Distribution, Wiengarten Realty, CB Richard Ellis, GSL, Colliers Property, Dickinson ISD, Randall’s Food, US Gypsum, Deerbrook Mall, Almeda Mall, and Academy, along with numerous others. At the beginning of 2004, Allied Fire Protection, LP was excited to announce the opening and formation of Allied Fire Protection SA, LP with offices in San Antonio and McAllen, Texas.  Alan Hertz, President, oversees these offices as well as the addition of offices in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Austin, Texas.   In early 2005, Troy Davenport joined the Allied Fire Protection, LP team as our Operations Manager to oversee the construction operations in the field and design operations in the office. Troy brings 28 years of experience to our already highly talented team. In 2009, Troy became a Partner at Allied Fire Protection, LP. Initially, the Company opened in rented warehouse space in Pearland, Texas, to be centrally located to our target customers.  With growth of the Company, relocation became inevitable. In 2008/2009, Allied Fire Protection, LP constructed a brand new 25,000 sf state of the art Office/Warehouse complex in Pearland, Texas. While satisfying our need for additional office space, this building also gives us the space needed to expand our operations and provide training to our employees and the professionals throughout the community that we deal with on a daily basis. This training and interaction only enhances our ability to serve our customers even better than before. In 2010, the addition of fire alarm and monitoring, fire extinguisher service and fire supression was added to our portfolio. We have opened AFP Alarm and Detection, LP underneath the talented management and staff of Allied Fire Protection, LP and Allied Fire Protection SA, LP. We are happy to provide our customers with the one stop shop for the quality fire protection and life safety requirements that they expect and deserve.
